ABOUT Mushroom Tikka RECIPE

I have followed this recipe from Sanjeev Kapoor Kitchen's (cookbook), I am a huge fan of chef sanjeev kapoor. This is a delicious recipe for people who love mushrooms.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 20 Button mushrooms
  2. 1 Capsicum (cut into cube size)
  3. 1 tomato (cut into cube size)
  4. 1 onion (cut into cube size)
  5. 7 to 8 garlic pods
  6. 1 inch ginger
  7. 3 to 4 green chilli
  8. 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  9. 1 teaspoon chat masala
  10. Salt to taste
  11. 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  12. 1 tablespoon honey
  13. oil for shallow fry

Instructions

  1. Make a fine paste of garlic, ginger and green chilli
  2. Take paste in mixing bowl and add all the ingredients of marination and mix well Marinate mushroom, onion, capsicum and tomato, keep aside for hour
  3. Apply some oil on a skewer. Arrange the marinated pieces on the skewer.
  4. Heat oil on nonstick pan pour little oil and roast the mushroom tikka for 5 to 7 minutes on medium flame
  5. Serve with salads and green chutney. Ready to eat
