My recipe is truly inspired from Neeta mehta vegetarian recipes..she has her book collection of vegetarian recipes and you tube channel too.she also write on microwave cooking is big help for biggners..hara bhara kabab i made so many times with my special touch but firstly inspired by her

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2-3 medium size potatoes
  2. 1 cup boiled crushed peas
  3. 1 cup blanched spinach
  4. 1/2 cup green beans finally chopped
  5. 1 tbsp ginger garlic chilly paste
  6. 1/4 th cup green capsicum finely chopped
  7. Chaat masala - 1/4 th tsp
  8. Cumin powder -1/2 tsp
  9. Salt
  10. 1 tbsp besan or corn flour for binding
  11. Oil for frying
  12. Slit cashewnuts [handful]

Instructions

  1. Heat a non stick pan add little oil add ginger garlic chilli paste
  2. Squeeze out all water from blanched spinach and finally chopped or puree it..
  3. Add in pan and let all water remove from it..
  4. Add crushed peas capsicum and chopped green beans and boiled grated potatoes In pan.
  5. mix all well add all spices as per taste..
  6. Switch off the flame add roasted besan or corn flour and make kabab out of it..add slit cashewnuts in middle of it..
  7. Heat oil for frying fry it on medium flame till golden brown in color.. serve hot with green mint chutney or hung curd..
