Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1kg green peas
  2. 150gm arwa chura
  3. 2 tomatoes (grated)
  4. 3 onions (grated)
  5. 1 Spoon ginger garlic chilli paste
  6. 1/4 cumin seed
  7. 1 tej patta
  8. Salt to taste
  9. 1/4 tsp Garam Masala
  10. 1 Tea Spoon Coriander Powder
  11. 1 tea spoon red chilli powder
  12. 1 tea spoon Turmeric powder
  13. oil as needed
  14. Garnish with green coriander

Instructions

  1. For ghugni - take a pan, put some oil after heating. Add cumin seed and tej patta. Let them roast for a second.
  2. Add onions and stir fry till it's colour changes to golden brown. After that add ginger garlic, chilli paste. After this add tomatoes and stir fry for few mins. Now add all the spices. Mix it well, cook it for a few seconds.
  3. Now its time to add green peas, stir for few mins. Add some water in it. Cook it for 5-6 min in pressure cooker.
  4. Take a kadai put some oil. Heat the oil, after that add chura let it puff up. Take all the chura on a tissue paper. Serve with green peas Ghugni and puffed chura. Decorate with green coriander.
