Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup toor dal
  2. 1 cup Channa Dal
  3. 4-5 green chillies
  4. Salt to taste
  5. 1 cup freshly chopped coriander leaves
  6. 2 cups chopped onions
  7. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Soak the dals in water for an hour to 2 hour.
  2. Grind coarsely for the vada.
  3. Add the onions and corn.
  4. Mix the vada batter well.
  5. The batter should not have any water, squeeze out any extra water.
  6. Heat oil in a pan and fry the vadas till golden.

I love making these, but i call them corn bhajjis... oh you should see how much my kids and husband love eating them... :)
