Mixture of corn, capsicum and potato...wadas are roasted in appam tawa...with less oil

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup sweet corn kernels
  2. 1/4 cup chopped green capsicum
  3. 2-Medium size boiled potatoes
  4. 1tsp Aamchur powder (Mango powder)
  5. 2 tbsp green chillies ginger paste
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 2tbsp Maida flour mix with water to make paste
  8. 1-cup fresh bread crumbs.
  9. Oil for roasting.

Instructions

  1. In Mixing bowl,add sweet corn kernels, chopped capsicum pieces,boiled potatoes, green chillies ginger paste , Aamchur powder and salt
  2. Mix all by mashing boiled potatoes..to make wada mixture
  3. Make lemon size ball from the Prepared wada mixture.
  4. Place appam tawa..for preheating.
  5. Dip one Prepared Sweet Corn mixture ball in Maida paste..roll in bread crumbs.
  6. Add 1/2tsp oil in each appam tawa cavity.Place Prepared Corn wada in each cavity.
  7. Flip over..as the lower side of Corn wada is golden brown in colour.add 1/2tsp oil..to roast.the other flip side of Corn wada till golden brown.
  8. Relish & Serve Hot Roasted Corn Wadas with mint Corainder Chutney and Tomato Sauce.
