Creamy , sweet , salty and sour paneer gravy with crunchy baby corns, adapted this recipe from a bengali cook book "Micro oven ee EeRanna " by Bela Dey and Bina Dey, my favourite !
First cut and chop onions , garlic ginger
Now grind all the ingredients together written above under "to grind "
Keep aside
Cut baby corns in rings
Boil paneer in salted water , immerse in cold water
Heat oil in nonstick pan
Add the paste of onion garlic ginger
Stir and fry for 5_6 mins
Now add cumin , coriander , chilli powder , salt and garam masala powder
Saute for 5 mins
Add baby corns
Cover and cook for 7_8 mins
Strain and add paneer pieces
Add 1 cup of water
Again cover the lid and cook for 5 mins
Now add kasuri methi by rubbing them with your palms
Switch off gas
Garnish with coriander leaves and fresh cream
SERVING: 4
