ABOUT Kheema lasun RECIPE

A delicious kheema made with garlic and eggs, to be served with roti or parathas.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 300 gm green lahsun
  2. 400 gm kheema [mutton or chicken]
  3. 4 Eggs
  4. Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
  5. turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  6. cumin powder - 1 tsp
  7. lemon juice - 2 tbsp
  8. Ghee
  9. salt
  10. Onion [chopped] - 3
  11. ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
  12. tomatoes [chopped] - 2

Instructions

  1. Take oil in a cooker add onion, saute the onion till golden brown, then add ginger,garlic paste , tomato ,red chilly powder, turmeric powder, salt and give it a mix. Add the kheema, and mix it. let it cook for few minutes. Now chop green lasun nicely,then add cumin powder,lemon,salt in it keep aside. When kheema is cooked take it out in a plate. kheema should be dry
  2. Now put lasun on it
  3. Then break eggs on lasun
  4. Now pour hot ghee on it, the eggs will get cooked due to the heat.
  5. Your kheema lasun is ready, Eat with roti
