Plain yogurt 400 g (Draining to 180 g)
Cream cheese or fresh cream instead of yogurt
Unsalted butter 40 g
1 egg
Almond powder 20 g
Filled butter 15 g
prune 6
sugar if sweet 20 ~ 50g
decoration :
Plums
cream 100 g
Cream cheese 100 g
sugar if sweet 20 ~ 30g
6 mint leaves
Cinnamon powder proper amount
Instructions
