ABOUT Moong Daal Dosa with tomato chutney and corriander coconut chutney RECIPE

This is my all time favourite healthy recipe which i have when ever i am targeting for weight loss .Moong dal is highly nutritious .

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1cup yellow moong dal
  2. Pinch of hing
  3. 1/4 tsp Salt
  4. 1/2 tsp crushed ginger
  5. 1/4 tsp tumeric
  6. 2 tbsp semolina
  7. 1/4 cup water or as required to get proper batter consistency

Instructions

  1. Soak moong dal for 30 mins.then grind it to thin paste.
  2. Add semolina and little water to the daal paste.
  3. Add salt , turmeric and pinch of hing keep aside for 5 mins .
  4. Now on a non stick pan ,add few drops of oil , then pour batter and cook from both sides.
  5. Serve hot with tomato and coriander coconut chutney.
