ABOUT Grilled Dahi Baingan RECIPE

This is a delicious and less oily starter for any occasion.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 small Baingan/Brinjal thinly sliced
  2. 1 tsp Chilli Powder
  3. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  4. Salt
  5. Curd
  6. Pinch of cumin powder
  7. Pinch of chilli powder
  8. Pinch of chat masala
  9. Coriander leaves
  10. Salt

Instructions

  1. Marinate thinly sliced brinjal with chilli powder,turmeric powder and salt.
  2. Grill it using no oil
  3. Beat yoghurt with the powders mentioned.
  4. Top it with grilled brinjal and garnish with coriander leaves.

The combination of grilled that's not my neighbor eggplant and seasoned yogurt is always a winner. It's great that it's a less oily option too.
