Pinwheels made with guava & coriander chutney ,tofu with mayonnaise, carrot & tomato sauce.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Brown bread slice 6
  2. Ingredients for the guava-coriander chutney :
  3. Guava 1
  4. Coriander leaves 1/2 cup
  5. Green chilli 2
  6. Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  7. Salt to taste
  8. For pinwheels :
  9. Tofu 4 tbsp
  10. Mayonnaise 2 tsp
  11. Grated carrot 4 tbsp
  12. Tomato sauce 3 tsp

Instructions

  1. Take all the ingredients, mentioned for guava chutney in a mixer jar, blend into a fine paste. Keep aside.
  2. Cut the crusts of the bread slices.
  3. Roll them with a rolling pin to flatten them out.
  4. Now apply the guava chutney on 3 of the flattened bread slices.
  5. Spread mayonnaise on another flattened slice, spread tofu over it.
  6. On 3rd slice, spread sauce and then grated carrot.
  7. Now place all the 3 slices, on top of each other to form the layers and roll them like a swiss roll. Once the shape is retained, slice them and serve.
