A crispy pinwheels made of potato and green chutney

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Potatoes 4 boiled and mashed
  2. salt 1/4 tsp
  3. Turmeric 1/4 tsp
  4. Fresh Bread crumbs 3-4 tsp
  5. Corn flour 2tsp
  6. For green chutney
  7. Coriander 1 cup
  8. Mint leaves 1/2 cup
  9. sugar 1tsp
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Lemon juice 1tsp
  12. Green chillies 2
  13. Peanut 1/4 cup
  14. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl add potato salt turmeric bread crumb corn flour mix well and make a dough.
  2. Take a plastic sheet, apply little oil and roll potato dough to make a chapati.
  3. Spread one part of the sauce evenly over one of the rolled dough slightly pressing with a shape sharp knife slice the both ends about 1 inch long then slice the log into 1/2 inch thick
  4. Heat a oil in a frying pan on medium high heat fry the pinwheels until both sides are golden brown colour
  5. The crisp delicious pinwheels are now ready to serve.
