ABOUT Lemon curd chicken RECIPE

Lean protein in the form of chicken that to be cooked with zero oil. It also has capsicum and lemon for that extra flavorful factor.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Chicken 500 gm
  2. 1st marinade: Lemon juice 3 tbsp
  3. Black salt 1 tsp
  4. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  5. Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  6. 2nd Marinade: curd 200 gm
  7. Rock salt 3/4 tsp
  8. Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  9. Kitchen king masala 1 tsp
  10. Tandoori masala 1 tbsp
  11. Onion chopped 1
  12. Capsicum Julienne 1 tbsp
  13. For garnish: chopped coriander 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Wash the chicken thoroughly, make 2-3 deep cuts on each piece with knife.
  2. Marinate the chicken with the ingredients mentioned under 1st marinade, for about 45 minutes.
  3. Now make the 2nd marinade with the ingredients mentioned under the same, rub the marinade all over the chicken, and keep aside for 30 minutes.
  4. Heat a non stick pan, add all the marinated chicken along with the left over marinade.
  5. Cover with the lid. Cook for2-3 minutes on high flame. Now open lid and mix well. Again put the lid and cook for 20-25 minutes on low flame.
  6. Now switch off the flame and garnish with chopped coriander.
