ABOUT Chicken with Broccoli RECIPE

This is an easy and healthy recipe of chicken with broccoli, that helps in weight loss if on diet.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Chicken wings - 250 g
  2. Boiled egg - 4
  3. Broccoli ( boiled in salt ) - 200 g
  4. Ginger ( sliced)
  5. Garlic ( cut in half and crush ) - 2 cloves
  6. Vinger - 50 g
  7. Soya sauce - 50 g
  8. Water - 50 g
  9. Sugar - 3 tablespoons

Instructions

  1. Boil the fresh chicken with broccoli, strain and keep aside.
  2. Pour vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, water, ginger and garlic into a saucepan and cook till it simmers.
  3. Add chicken wings, boiled and peeled eggs, for 20 minutes till the syrup is soaked by everything.
  4. Serve it with the broccoli.
