Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Olive oil
  2. Chicken breast
  3. Oregano
  4. Salt
  5. Sugar
  6. Coriander leaves
  7. Garlic cloves
  8. Lemon juice
  9. Broccoli
  10. Baby corn
  11. Sweet corn
  12. Onoins

Instructions

  1. Make the marinate with taking olive oil, garlic cloves, coriander, oregano, salt and brown sugar as per taste and grind in mixer grinder
  2. Marinate the chicken breasts with this marinate for 30 - 45 mins
  3. Meanwhile cut all the veggies and boil them for 2 - 3 mins and blanch them immediately with cold water
  4. Take a grilled and heat it on gas stove with oil drizzled on it
  5. Place the chicken breast one by one making sure the marination has coated it well
  6. Grill each side for 10 mins or as per the thickness of the breast
  7. Take out the chicken when its golden brown and well cooked
  8. In the same pan put the bleached veggies. Sprinkle salt n pepper n lemon juice as per taste
