ABOUT 10 Minutes Microwave Chocolate Fudge Cake RECIPE

If you have microwave without convection mode still you can make this chocolate fudge cake in just 10 minutes.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup granulated sugar
  2. 1.5 cups of all purpose flour or maida
  3. 1/4 cup cocca powder
  4. 1.5 teaspoon baking powder
  5. 2 eggs (or 3/4 beaten yogurt or 100ml condensed milk)
  6. 1/2 cup Milk
  7. 3/4 melted butter
  8. Ingredients for chocolate ganache
  9. Dark chocolate -100 gram
  10. Whipped cream -1/3cup

Instructions

  1. Grease a microwave safe cake pan with butter
  2. Beat sugar and melted butter in a bowl. Add egg or whisked yogurt and milk.Mix well to combine.
  3. Add flour,baking powder and cocca powder into another bowl.Mix well to combine. Add this to wet mixture slowly through a seive(channi)
  4. Pour the mixture into the greased pan
  5. Microwave on high power for 6 to 7 minutes
  6. Remove and check if the cake is cooked by inserting a toothpick into the middle. If it comes out clean ,it is ready.Allow to stand for 5 minutes
  7. Turn out onto a plate
  8. Method of the chocolate sauce:
  9. Melt the chocolate on half power for approximately 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds until melted.Add the cream and mix throughly until smooth and glossy.Once the cake is cool,spread over the sauce .
  10. Your cake is ready to be served.
