ABOUT Grilled Oyester Mushrooms RECIPE

Oytester Mushrooms are also heplful for making/improving health. This is also used for weight loss and when feeling something eat tangy or yummy but good for health than you can used my Grilled Oeyster mashrooms. This is mouth refreshing snack in evening tea time.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. One bowl Red and White Oyster mushrooms
  2. 2 spoons fresh orange juice
  3. 1 spoon fresh lemon juice
  4. 1 spoon apple cider vinegar
  5. 4-5 spoon extra vergin olive oil
  6. 2-3 table spoon honey
  7. 1 spoon jaggery syrup
  8. 1 teaspoon black pepper
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Baby mint leaves for garnishing

Instructions

  1. First wash oysters mushrooms very well in under the slow running water.
  2. Take a bowl and mix all ingredients and mushrooms. Marinate for 15-20 minutes
  3. Take a baking try and put all mushrooms on it and it's juice also.
  4. Keep the try on high rack in microwave and grill for 15-20 mins until mushrooms looking crispy.
  5. Garnish with baby mint leaves
  6. Serve hot with orange green tea in evening tea time.
