A fast and easy recipe that can be served for breakfast for all the fussy eaters. Follow this delicious recipe to make delight your family members.

Ingredients Serving: 10

Plain flour 1 cup
Baking powder 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves finely chopped 2 tbsp
Green peas boiled 1/2 cup
Mozzarella cheese 1/3 grated
Milk 1/2 cup
Oil 1 tsp
Butter 2 tbsp
Egg 2 lightly beaten

Instructions

Seive the plain flour and baking powder .set aside.
In a mixing bowl,add oil,salt,butter,coriander leaves and mix well with a whisk slowly add the egg mixture and mix well.
Add half of the flour mixture and fold with a spatula .
Next add half of the milk and gently fold to combine.
Add the remaining flour and fold ,followed by the rest of the milk.
Next add the boiled green peas and grated cheese and fold to combine.
Spoon batter in to muffins moulds .sprinkle some grated cheese on top the sauce .
Bake at 180 degree celsius for 18 min, in a microwave oven.
Serve hot
