Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Butter 4 tbsp
  2. Shredded beetroot 1 cup
  3. Milk 1 cup
  4. Cashew and almonds powder 1/2 cup
  5. Milkmaid condensed milk 300 gm
  6. Sugar 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. In a pan ,heat butter and add shredded beetroot ,milk,roughly chopped dry fruits ,almonds,cashew powder and milkmaid condensed milk ,sugar and cook it down.
  2. Now remove the burfi mixture in a plate and put almonds and cashew powder on it and keep it to set in the freezer .
  3. Garnish the barfi with cashew nuts.
  4. Beetroot burfi is ready.
