Ingredients: All purpose flour- 2 cups; Oil -as required; Capsicum ( sliced) - 1cup; Salt- to taste; Tomato( sliced) - 1cup; Onions(sliced) - 1cup; Green chilli - to taste; Paneer ( sliced)-1 cup; Garam masala-1tabelspoon; Coriander powder- 1 tablespoon; Turmeric powder- 1/2 teaspoon; Cumin seeds-1tablespoon; Chopped fresh coriander leaves; Ginger, garlic paste

Ingredients Serving: 2

All purpose flour- 2 cups
Oil -as required
Capsicum ( sliced) - 1cup
Salt- to taste
Tomato( sliced) - 1cup
Onions(sliced) - 1cup
Green chilli - to taste
Paneer ( sliced)-1 cup
Garam masala-1tabelspoon
Coriander powder- 1 tablespoon
Turmeric powder- 1/2 teaspoon
Cumin seeds-1tablespoon
Chopped fresh coriander leaves
Ginger, garlic paste

Instructions

Put a bowl then add flour, little bit salt then add water as required and make a dough then add little bit oil, mix it and rest the dough for 15 minutes.
Put a pan on the flame add oil then add cumin seeds ,onions and cook some time , then ginger garlic paste mix it and cook them then add tomatoes, capsicum mix it well and add salt, turmeric powder,garam masala , coriander powder ,green chilli and mix it cook some time then add paneer, mix it and cook for 5 minutes, then off the flame the batter is ready.
Take the dough and make small balls then roll on and make thin chapattis then put on the tawa and cook it.
Put the chapatti on the tawa and cook and turn aside and add some ghee again turn and add ghee, the chapatti is ready .
Take the chapati then add paneer and roll it like a Frankie shape( like the pic).
Frankie is ready to serve.
