ABOUT Chatpata flakes bhel RECIPE

Usually breakfast cereals which are healthy are eaten sweet with fruits and nuts as acommpaniments. But I sometimes feel like eating a healthy chatpata dish so ended up trying this bhel. And it was a great hit with my family.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. A mixture of different flakes
  2. Wheat flakes 1 cup
  3. Ragi flakes 1 cup
  4. Onion chopped 1 big
  5. Tomato chopped 1
  6. Green Chillies 1
  7. Coriander leaves 1 tbsp
  8. Chaat masala 1/4 tsp
  9. Chilli powder and black salt as per taste
  10. Lemon juice 1/2 tsp or more if you want.
  11. (You can add a cupful of steamed sprouts )

Instructions

  1. First mix the onion tomatoes Green chillies well. Add chilli powder and black salt. Add chaat masala. Toss the ingredients well.
  2. Add lime juice. Now add the flakes . Toss to mix quickly . Serve into two plates and garnish with coriander leaves.
