Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Dhaniya sabut 1 tsp
  2. Hing 1 pinch
  3. Onion 1 chopped
  4. Flour 1 cup
  5. Sukha dhaniya 1 tsp
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Lal mirch 1/2 tsp
  8. Ajwain 1/4 tsp

Instructions

  1. Mix potatoes, dhaniya, onion, ajwain, sukha dhaniya, hing, salt, lal mirch.
  2. Make dough
  3. Add mixture in the roti and spread water on it then put it in a cooker as shown
  4. Serve it
