Pressure cook the chicken pieces along with 2 green chillies, cinnamon stick, cumin, clove, green cardamom, salt and water.
Cook for 15 minutes on low flame after one whistle.
Now keep out the chicken pieces in a plate and let it cool then shred the chicken pieces with hand or a fork.
Slice the onion finely and fry til golden colour.
Take a vessel, heat ghee, add garlic paste, stir for 2-3 minutes.
Strain the water to take out all the whole spices from the water. Keep water aside.
Now add shredded chicken pieces and oats in garlic paste and mix well.
Now add the cold chicken stock and bring it to a boil.
Stir continuously to avoid the lumps
Add water as required to achieve the desired consistency.
Cook for 5 minutes on low flame.
Add few fried onions and coriander and mint leaves and lemon juice and chopped green chillies.
Serve hot garnished with fried onion, coriander leaves, ginger juliennes and lemon wedges.
