A variation of pulao with gatta added for a different and texture

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1cup rice with 2cups water
  2. Besan gatta cooked & fried
  3. All whole spices
  4. 1cup green peas
  5. 1tsp red chilli powder
  6. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Take oil in pan ,add the whole spice, then add 1cup green peas
  2. 1tsp each red chilli powder, salt to taste Put 2 cups water, close the pan. When Pulao is done, turn off the heat. Put off the flame
  3. Add the gatta to the Pulao
  4. Prepare gatta by adding regular spice to 1cup besan
  5. Knead into a soft dough
  6. Prepare logs out of this dough
  7. Boil in water& then deep fry them
  8. When done sprinkle them on the hot Pulao & serve
