Ingredients: All purpose flour 1 cup; Sugar Powder 1/2 cup; Date chopped 1cup; Baking powder 1tsp; Baking soda 1/4 tsp; Yogurt 3/4 cup; Milk 3-4 tsp; Milk maid 1/4 cup; Oil 2 tsp; cocoa powder 2 tsp; Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp

All purpose flour 1 cup
Sugar Powder 1/2 cup
Date chopped 1cup
Baking powder 1tsp
Baking soda 1/4 tsp
Yogurt 3/4 cup
Milk 3-4 tsp
Milk maid 1/4 cup
Oil 2 tsp
cocoa powder 2 tsp
Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp

Instructions

Remove seeds from dates or use seedless finely chop the dates add 1/4 cup boiling water and keep it for around 20 mins.
Now take a bowl add curd, milk maid, milk, sugar into it and mix well with a spoon .
Now take a mixing bowl add soaked dates, add curd mixture mix it well with a spoon.
Now take all dry ingredients in a separate bowl add flour cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda mix well add that powder into the date mixture mix it well with a beater
Preheat the oven at 180 degrees C. If the mixture is dry, add a tsp of milk oil and mix well bake it for 20- 25 mins.
Cool and slice
