Kids, all family member and guest love these cute sandwiches with any flavour of ice cream. We can bake these within few minutes.

Ingredients Serving: 5

All purpose flour 1 cup
Cocoa powder 1 tablespoon
Sugar 3/4 cup
Milk 3/4 cup
Vanilla essence 1/2 teaspoon
Baking powder 1 teaspoon
Baking soda 1/2 teaspoon
Butter for greasing
Few choco chips

Instructions

In a bowl sieve maida , baking powder and baking soda.
In separate bowl mix sugar with lukewarm milk.
Now add liquid sugar-milk in dry ingredients bowl and mix it very well.
Divide cake better in two equal parts.
In one part add cocoa powder, choco chips and in another part add vanilla essence.
Grease electric sandwich maker with butter.
Now pour both cake better alternatively starting from center.
Close the lid and Bake for 2 minutes.
Sandwich cakes are ready.
