ABOUT Choco Cake Sandwiches... RECIPE

Chocolate sandwiches are just super awesome cakes that just melt in your mouth. Made in a sandwich toaster, these are super easy to make. These taste as yummy as those made in oven.

Ingredients Serving: 6

Plain flour 1 1/2 cups
1/2 cup cocoa powder
Baking Powder 1 Tsp
Baking soda 1/2 tsp
Eggs 3
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Sugar 3/4 cup
Milk or butter milk 1 cup
Butter or cooking oil 1/2 cup

Instructions

Firstly combine all the wet ingredients, that is eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla essence.
Sieve the flour, baking powder and soda.
Fold it slowly in the liquid mix. Add milk (Not more than a cup) while you are mixing.
Plug in the toaster while you are making the batter.
Pour the batter in each groove of the sandwich maker.
4 Sandwich cakes will be ready in each batch in 3 minutes.
