Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Soya chunks 12-15
  2. Curd 3 tbsp
  3. Gramflour/besan 2 tbsp
  4. Semolina/suji 2 tbsp
  5. Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  8. Garm masala 1/4 tsp
  9. Orange food colour
  10. Oil for frying
  11. Chatmasala

Instructions

  1. Soak soya chunks in hot water for 30 minutes.
  2. Squeeze water from chunks after 30 minutes
  3. Mix all ingredients in a bowl
  4. Add soya chunks to it and marinate for 30 minutes
  5. After 30 minutes deep fry the chunks
  6. Sprinkle chatmasala over it and serve
