Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Potatoes 2 ( medium size)
  2. Carrots 2
  3. Cabbage 1/3 piece
  4. Capsicum 1/2
  5. Boiled peas 1/2 cup
  6. chicken breast pieces
  7. Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  8. Green chillies 2 3
  9. Coriander leaves 1 handful
  10. Flour 1 1/2 tbsp
  11. Grated cheese 2 tbsp
  12. Garam masala 1/4 teaspoon
  13. Soya Sauce 1 Tbsp
  14. Red chilli sauce 1 tbsp
  15. Salt to taste
  16. Pepper 1 1/2 tsp
  17. 2 Eggs
  18. oil for shallow frying

Instructions

  1. Boil chicken in little water and ginger garlic paste
  2. Then shred the chicken and keep aside
  3. Grate the carrots
  4. Shred cabbage
  5. Slice capsicum finely
  6. Chop the green chillies and coriander leaves
  7. In the left chicken stock add all the chopped vegetables, shredded chicken, powder masala, soya sauce, red chili ,sauce, flour grated cheese and mix well.
  8. Stir continuous on the high flame until dry.
  9. Allow the mixture to cool and then add green chillies and coriander leaves
  10. Make round shape cutlets of the mixture.
  11. And keep for 10 mins in the fridge.
  12. Then heat oil in a pan.
  13. Beat the eggs.
  14. Dip the cutlet in egg and shallow fry them.
  15. Serve hot with green mint leaves Chutney
