Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. sooji (rawa) 2cups
  2. 2 green chillies chopped or slit into two parts
  3. Salt to taste
  4. curd 1/2 cup
  5. eno sachet 1/2 packet
  6. Water
  7. 3onions sliced
  8. oil 2tsp +1tsp
  9. 12 tsp rai
  10. currypatta leaves
  11. coriander leaves chopped

Instructions

  1. mix curd, sooji make batter for idli. Add Eno. Mix well
  2. sooji salt little water
  3. Grease idli stand and pour batter in each cup
  4. now steam it till done
  5. Let the idlis cool
  6. In other pan add 1tsp oil and add onions
  7. Fry onions till very brown, almost close to being burnt
  8. in other pan add other two tsp of oil. Splutter rai seeds. Add curry patta, green chillies
  9. now add 1/2 tsp red chili powder to idlis
  10. add idlis to the pan that has rai and curry leaves
  11. mix and add little salt
  12. now add burnt onions and mix properly
  13. add chopped coriander leaves
  14. serve with chutney and ketchup
