Melting soft crunchy and healthy cauliflower fritters in a soft roll makes for a magic meal.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Stir fried vegetables
  2. 1/2 cup grated cauliflower florets
  3. 1 onion finely chopped
  4. 1/4cup finely chopped beans
  5. 1/4cup finely chopped capsicum
  6. 2 Chopped Green chillies
  7. 1 table spoon grated gnger
  8. 1 tea spoon ghee or oil
  9. Pinch of heeng
  10. 1/2 tea spoon jeera/cumin seeds
  11. 1/2 tea spoon ajwain /carom seeds
  12. Other ingredients
  13. 4 medium sized boiled n mashed potatoes
  14. 1/2 bowl crushed cornflakes
  15. 1/2bowl boiled beans /lobhiya
  16. 2 table spoon ground flax seeds
  17. 1 tea spoon lime juice
  18. 1 tea spoon salt
  19. 1/2 tea spoon red chilli powder
  20. 1 /2 tea spoon garam masala powder
  21. 1/2 tea spoon fennel seeds powder
  22. 1/2 tea spoon chat masala powder
  23. 1 table spoon milk for binding
  24. 1/2 cup oil for shallow fry

Instructions

  1. Heat ghee in a non stick pan crackle heeng jeera and ajwain then stir fry all the above mentioned veggies with all the ingredients keep it aside this mixture to cool
  2. In a bowl take fried veggies
  3. Put and mix all the ingredients in a veggie bowl nicely add 1 table spoon milk if needed for binding make rolls or tikkies out of the mixture or give them any shape per choice with greased hands
  4. Heat ghee in a pan shallow fry all the pieces Enjoy with your choicest dip
