Methi cutlet is an extremely delicious combination of potatoes and fenugreek leaves (methi). These cutlets are really a quick and tasty snack dish. Here you can make the best use of potatoes and methi leaves for making delicious evening snack dish.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 4 boiled potatoes (mashed)
  2. 1/2 fenugreek leaves
  3. 2 slices bread crumbs
  4. 2 tbsp maize flour
  5. 3 to 4 green chilles
  6. Some roasted peanuts (optional)
  7. 1 tbsp garlic ginger paste
  8. 1/2 tbsp chilly powder
  9. 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  10. 1/2 tsp Turmeric
  11. 1 pack of magic Masala
  12. Salt to taste
  13. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl and add all ingredients together .
  2. Mix them well and refrigerate for 1/2 n hour
  3. Now make small cutlets. Coat them with maize flour or semolina (rava). I have used both for coating.
  4. Heat some oil on high flame and fry both sides till they turn golden crispy brown .
