Then add onion, green chillies and fry till done. Now put chicken pieces along with all masala, chilli powder, garam masala, salt and some coriander leaves. Stir well for 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from fire.
Make the salad by mixing all ingredients such as onion, tomato, cucumber, coriander leaves, salt and lemon.
Then make pots. Make small pooris with the dough. Take a small steel bowl or glass and cover the bottom side with one poori.
Heat oil and dip the glass into the oil. When the oil starts sizzling just try to remove the dough from the glass and take the glass out.
Cook the pot well from all sides, inside and out. Do not let it fry too much. Do all the pots in that way.
Take one pot, put 1 or 2 tbsp chicken mixture and then top it with some salad. Garnish it with 1 tsp mayonnaise.
Do this with all the cups. Serve hot. You can also fill it alternately. First put the chicken mixture , then some veg salad, then chicken again and finally some more salad. This also tastes good.
