Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 kg Chicken cut into 8 pieces
  2. 250 gms tomato purieed
  3. 2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  4. 4 tsp veg oil
  5. 1 tsp red chilly powder
  6. 1 and 1/2 tsp white pepper
  7. 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  8. 2 tsp honey
  9. 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
  10. Salt to taste
  11. For garnishing -
  12. 2 medium size onions thinly sliced and deep fried till golden brown and crisp
  13. 1/2 cup fresh coriander chopped
  14. 2 green chillies thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. First heat oil in a pot add ginger garlic paste and cook for 2 minutes.
  2. Add tomato puree again and cook for 2 minutes. Add chicken pieces. cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Add white and black pepper
  4. Add salt and tomato ketchup and mix well
  5. Add little water, cover and cook
  6. Cook stirring occasionally. Add a little water if required.
  7. Cook till the chicken is soft
  8. Turn off the flame
  9. Serve in a plate. garnish with onions, coriander and slices chillies
