Spicy Honey Veggies Stir Fry

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 carrot
  2. 2 baby corn
  3. 1 Onion
  4. 12 capsicum
  5. 4 to 5 broccoli flowerets
  6. 5 to 6 mushrooms
  7. 1 tbsp black pepper powder
  8. 1 tsp soya sauce
  9. 1 tsp vinegar
  10. 1 tbsp ketchup
  11. 1 tbsp chilli sauce
  12. 2 tbsp honey
  13. 1 2 tbsp finely chopped garlic
  14. 1 red dry chilli broken into bits
  15. 1 tbsp Corn Flour
  16. 2 tbsp Oil
  17. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Peel the carrots and clean all vegetables. Take a pan, add 5 cups of water and boil. it when the water is about to boil, stage add carrots, mushrooms, broccoli and baby corn with little salt.
  2. Boil for 2 minutes, remove from fire and strain the veggies and rinse it in the cold water . Now cut the parboiled veggies of your choice cut capsicum into 1/2 inches cut the onion into 4 and separate the slices.
  3. In small cup dissolve the corn flour not to thick or thin keep aside.
  4. heat oil in pan add broken red chilli and garlic stir and add onion mushroom baby corn carrot and broccoli add salt and pepper stir for 2 minutes on a high flame add capsicum and reduce the heat.now add chilli sauce soya sauce and ketchup honey and vinegar on a low flame stir for a minute now add the corn flour dissolved in water cook till vegetables are crispy tender and well coated with sauce serve hot enjoy spicy honey veggies stir fry thank you happy cooking.
