Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Green gram 3 cups soaked
  2. Oil for frying
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Red chilli powder a tsp
  5. Chat masala a tsp

Instructions

  1. Soak the dal for overnight. It is highly recommended.
  2. Deep fry in hot oil on high flame keeping a constant check.
  3. Serve hot with salt and red chilli powder and some chat masala.
