Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Whole green moong 1 1/2 cups,cooked
  2. Eggs 2
  3. Onion 2 medium
  4. Tomato puree of 2 tomatoes
  5. Chilli powder & coriander powder 1tsp each
  6. Turmeric
  7. Ginger Garlic paste 1/2 tsp
  8. Garam masala a generous pinch.
  9. Coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. Cook whole moong for 5 minutes in a cooker.
