it is rich in minerals and vitamins and it has nutritious value same as in mutton kabab.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. blackgram-150gm
  2. onion-2 chopped finely
  3. ginger-garlic paste-1tbsp
  4. coriander leaves- finely chopped
  5. green chilli paste-1 tbsp
  6. red chilli powder-12 tsp
  7. coriander powder-1tsp
  8. garam masala-12 tsp
  9. lemon juice 1 tsp or amchoor
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Oil for fry

Instructions

  1. Soak black gram overnight.grind it coarsely. Mix all the ingredients except oil.
  2. Make desired balls. Heat non-stick pan shallow fry applying little oil.
  3. frFy kabab on both sides till brown or done. Serve hot with onion rings and green chutney
