Soak rice for 4 hours
Soak urad dhal and methi for 2 hours
grind urad dhal until soft
grind rice bit rough along with curry leaves
mix rice and dhal together and grind for a minute
Allow the batter to rest for 8-10 hours for fermentation
Stir well and heat a dosa tawa. Pour a ladleful of batter and spread it thinly and evenly. Drizzle some oil in the edges and cook till golden.
Serve.
