A delicious way to eat Amla
Heat oil in a Pan. Put fenugreek & cumin seeds and let them crackle.
Now, add grated amla. Sprinkle salt and mix well.
Cover it with a lid and let it cook on simmer for a while.
Stirring occasionally in between. Let amla get a little softer
Now, add chilli powder and grated jaggery to it. Mix it well.
Again cover it for a while and let the jaggery melt.
After a while you will see that chunda has become sticky.
Now, amla chunda is ready to eat.
Eat it right away or store it in a jar
