Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Leftover sides of bread- 1 cup
  2. Poha - 1 cup washed properly n drained Black-chan
  3. Black chana - 1/2 cup boiled
  4. Capsicum - 1 chopped
  5. Potato -1 boiled cut into small pcs.
  6. Onion - 1 cut lengthwise
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Red chilli powder to taste
  9. Turmeric powder to taste
  10. Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
  11. Tomato ketchup- 3-4 tbsp
  12. Lemon juice -2 tbsp
  13. Soya nuggets- 1/2 cup cooked
  14. coriander leaves a handfull

Instructions

  1. Heat little oil in a kadai. Add mustard seeds and let it sizzle for a min.
  2. Add onions and fry till golden. Add capsicum, boiled chana and fry for few min.
  3. Add potato and fry, add soya nutri and mix well. After that add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and mix well.
  4. Now add bread pcs and mix well. Add poha and mix well. Add lemon juice and coriander leaves and mix well.
  5. Serve hot.
