White sauce pasta is a very easy dish to make. Its rich and creamy texture adds wonders to your pasta.

Ingredients Serving: 3
For Pasta :
1 cup Pasta
1/2 teaspoon Salt
4-5 cups Water
For Veggies:
1/2 teaspoon Oil
1/4 cup chopped Carrot
1/4 cup chopped Green Capsicum
1/4 cup chopped Red Capsicum
1/4 cup chopped Broccoli
1 tomato slices for garnishing
Salt to taste
For White Sauce:
1½ tablespoons Butter
1 tablespoon cheese
1 teaspoon finely chopped Garlic
1 tablespoon Maida
1 cup Milk (250 ml)
1/4 teaspoon dried Oregano (or pizza seasonings)
1/4 teaspoon Red Chilli Flakes
A pinch of Black Pepper Powder (or crushed pepper)
Salt to taste
Instructions
Boil pasta . Take 4-5 cups water in deep sauce pan, bring it to boil over medium flame. When it start boiling, add 3/4 cup pasta and ½ teaspoon salt.
Then strain pasta and let it cool.
Heat a pan and pour oil on it till it's slightly warm. Add chopped garlic and vegetables and saute for a minute.
Sauce ---
In saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Stir in flour, salt and pepper,garlic. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is smooth and bubbly; remove from heat.
Gradually stir in milk. Add oregano, chili flakes and cheese. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly; boil and stir 1 or 3 minute.
Now add cooked vegetables in the pan and keep stirring.
Add pasta and stirring well and heat it for 2 minutes.
Garnish it with cheese and tomato slices and grill it for 5 minutes. Hot white sauce pasta is ready to serve. Garnish with oregano seasoning and chilli flakes. Enjoy!
