ABOUT Tindola ( ivy gourd), Eggplant Cheese Pizza RECIPE

Wheat pizza by adding Tindola, Eggplant, Spinach, Onion, Tomato, Ginger and flaxseeds .

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Tindola chopped 1 cup.
  2. Eggplant chopped 1 cup.
  3. Wheat Pizza base 2 ( big size)
  4. Spinach chopped 1 cup
  5. Onion chopped 2
  6. Tomato chopped 2
  7. Mix Sprouts 1/2 cup
  8. Ginger chopped fine 1 tbsp
  9. Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
  10. Coriander leaves finely chopped 2 tsp
  11. Cheese cubes 3 grated
  12. Tomato ketchup 2 tbsp
  13. Salt and pepper to taste
  14. Oragano 2 tbsp
  15. Chilli flakes 1 tsp
  16. Oil for stir fry 2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven at 200 degrees C
  2. Heat oil and add chopped Onions, saute a minute and add Ivy gourd and Eggplant. Add Chopped Ginger and Garlic. Add Sprouts.
  3. Add Salt and pepper. Now add Spinach , saute and add Tomatoes.
  4. Add chilli flakes and Coriander leaves and turn off gas.
  5. Spread Tomato Ketchup on Pizza base. Spread the mixture, Spread Grated Cheese. Bake in Preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes .
  6. Sprinkle Oragano and enjoy with chilli sauce and a glass of cold coffee or cold drinks.
