ABOUT Bread Rolls RECIPE

A tasty snack and favourite of all with a slight twist

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Bread 8 slices
  2. 1 cup Boiled and slight mashed corn kernels
  3. 1 cup grated coconut
  4. 1 tbsp finely chopped green chillies
  5. 1 tbsp finely chopped Coriander leaves
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Oil for frying
  8. Green chutney for serving
  9. Ketchup for serving

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients well except the bread slices and keep aside.
  2. Take a bowl filled with water soak the bread slices and immediately remove them squeeze the excess water.
  3. Stuff the corn mixture in the bread roll it properly.
  4. In a frying heat the oil and fry the rolls on medium flame until golden and crisp.
  5. Serve hot with chutney and ketchup.
