Ingredients: 1 cup all purpose flour; 1/2 cup malai; 1/2 cup curd; 1/2 cup powder sugar; 2 tsp orange drinking powder; 1/2 tsp baking powder; 1/4 tsp Baking Soda; few drops orange essence; 3 tbsp tutti frutti; 2 tbsp mixed nuts; Milk as required

Ingredients Serving: 6

1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup malai
1/2 cup curd
1/2 cup powder sugar
2 tsp orange drinking powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
few drops orange essence
3 tbsp tutti frutti
2 tbsp mixed nuts
Milk as required

Instructions

mix flour baking powder, baking soda, and drinking powder in a bowl
in another bowl beat malai, curd and powdered sugar
add essence and milk
mix properly
coat tutti frutti and nuts in 1 tbsp of dry all purpose flour and add it to the batter
mix and pour the batter into a greased tin
sprinke some nuts and tutti frutti and tap down the tin
place in preheated oven and bake it for 30 minutes at 180 degrees C
