Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Spinach puree 1cup
  2. Wheat flour 1cup
  3. Cottage cheese (paneer)1/2 cup
  4. Sliced onions 1/2cup
  5. Capsicum 1/2cup
  6. Tomatoes chopped 1/4cup
  7. Ginger garlic paste 1tsp
  8. Tomato Sauce 2tbsp
  9. Chilli sauce 1tsp
  10. Soya sauce 1tsp
  11. Oil 1tsp for filling
  12. Salt
  13. Black pepper 1/2tsp
  14. Cheese grated 1/4cup

Instructions

  1. First make a dough by mixing spinach puree, flour, and salt together and keep aside
  2. For filling take a pan add oil. When the oil gets heated add ginger garlic paste and saute
  3. Add onions, capsicum, tomatoes, and saute
  4. Add salt black pepper mix
  5. Add sauce and mix well
  6. Add cottage cheese cubes, mix and turn off the gas
  7. Add grated processed cheese and mix well
  8. The filling is ready
  9. Make thin chapattis of spinach dough, cook on tava and brush oil on both the sides
  10. Put filling in middle of chapati and fold. Fix with a toothpick
  11. Serve with sauce or chutney
