Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Broken wheat(dalia) 1/2 cup
  2. Chopped curry leaves 4 tsp
  3. Flaxseed powder - 2 tsp
  4. Grated carrot 4 tsp
  5. salt to taste
  6. Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  7. Boiled potatoes - 2
  8. oil for shallow frying

Instructions

  1. Take pressure cooker. Add dalia and dry roast. Add 1 /2 cup water. Cook for two whistles. Open and leave to cool.
  2. Take a mixing bowl. Put dalia in it. Add curry leaves, flaxseed powder, salt, potato, red chilli powder and carrot. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Make small patties.
  4. Take a non-stick tawa. Put patties on it. Add some oil for shallow frying.
  5. Cook till golden in colour. Cook the other side
  6. Serve with tomato ketchup or mint chutney.
