Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 5 table spoon almond powder ( dry almond grind in mixture)
  2. 2 table spoon wheat flour thick (jada aata)
  3. 3 table spoon ghee
  4. 3 table spoon sugar or as per your taste
  5. 1 1/2 cup milk or as require
  6. Cardamom powder
  7. few chopped almond for garnish
  8. few kismis

Instructions

  1. heat thick bottom pan add ghee
  2. add wheat flour and roast till brown
  3. add almond powder and roast for 2 minutes
  4. add milk and sugar
  5. roast till ghee separated
  6. add kismis cardamom powder
  7. serve with ice cream scooper
  8. garnish with chopped almonds
