Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Almonds( badam) 1 cup
  2. sugar 1 cup
  3. Ghee 1 cup
  4. Milk 1 cup

Instructions

  1. soak the almonds in water for 7 - 8 hours
  2. Peel the almonds,which will be easy as they have been soaked in water
  3. It will take maximum 10 mnts
  4. put the almonds and milk together in a mixture
  5. make a course paste
  6. Heat the pan
  7. pour ghee in the pan
  8. add almonds paste
  9. stir fry almonds paste continuosly to prevent it from sticking in the pan
  10. stir fry the halwa on medium flame till it becomes golden brown and thick
  11. now add sugar and switch off the gas
  12. mix well
  13. the consistency of halwa should be like other halwa
