First take the almonds and soak them in water for 8 hours or overnight. After this time, peel the almonds.
Now grind these almonds in a blender with a little milk.
Take a non-stick pan or kadai and pour ghee in it. Now add in the almond paste and cook.
After the ghee starts separating, add the sugar and let it cook. After a while, pour the milk into it.
When it become stuff or thick, add in the elaichi powder.
Your delicious halwa is ready to eat.
Serve it hot.
