Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 250 gm almonds
  2. 100 gm ghee
  3. Sugar 1 cup (250 gm)
  4. Elaichi powder 1/2 teaspoon
  5. Milk 1 cup

Instructions

  1. First take the almonds and soak them in water for 8 hours or overnight. After this time, peel the almonds.
  2. Now grind these almonds in a blender with a little milk.
  3. Take a non-stick pan or kadai and pour ghee in it. Now add in the almond paste and cook.
  4. After the ghee starts separating, add the sugar and let it cook. After a while, pour the milk into it.
  5. When it become stuff or thick, add in the elaichi powder.
  6. Your delicious halwa is ready to eat.
  7. Serve it hot.
